On January 29, 2018, Xiamen Kedete Ecology Circle Platform and its affiliate organizations officially signed the "AEEx Registered Member Services Agreement," the signing ceremony was held at the America Asia Consultants (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd headquarters in Shenzhen, China. This marks the official launch of these five companies international listing process.

During the meeting, Mr. Wang Xiangyu explained the process of equity financing and listing overseas, emphasizing the importance of capital formation.
